I found this app to be very responsive, user friendly and clear to understand. The immediate export of a PDF report to my email was nice too!
* Fixed an issue where a session discarded after invoking contact Server from the mobile client remained in the _Holding queue indefinitely instead of being returned to the user's queue.
* Updated additional third-party dependencies identified by Veracode static analysis to their latest secure versions.
