◆RENT OUT YOUR BOAT◆
If you own a boat, you can manage your rentals by accepting or declining booking requests. SamBoat provides you with comprehensive insurance coverage. Listing your boat is free and without any commitment. Just add the boat details, rental price, availability, and attractive photos. When you receive a booking request, you can accept or reject the renter based on their boating experience (nautical CV) and received evaluations. On the day of the rental, conduct a boat inventory and sign the rental contract provided by SamBoat. If possible, hand over the boat to the renter personally.
◆NAVIGATION REQUIREMENTS◆
Renting a boat without a license is possible if you travel with a skipper who will pilot the boat and guide you to the best navigation spots. If you choose to rent a motorboat without a skipper, you must hold a boat license to ensure safe navigation and the security of your family during your trip.
◆SIMPLIFIED RENTAL PROCESS◆
The app will guide you through the electronic signature of the contract, which will be directly sent to SamBoat. At the beginning and end of the boat rental, you will receive a copy of the contract via email. For remote ports without network coverage, the rental request can be preloaded, and the rest of the contract can be completed offline. Our app will wait for network coverage to send the contract.

We used to rent boats for years from agencies in the south of France. Without fail, every year, we would get some bad surprise from the agencies we used including one time an engine failure in the middle of the sea. Samboat changed all that. Needs to improve the contractual part. Your contract is too basic for weekly charter of yachts. There are costs associated with weekly rental that are not clearly expressed on your website and can create confusion to the client. Also waiting for a week for payment while should be done first day after check in.
