I downloaded the app so I could have access to my TV remotely from my phone upon installing and opening the app I had connected my TV right after I did that I was greeted with a rating I rated 5 stars which was not a actual rating it was a pop up ad to pay 40$ to access the remote itself because and I quote “Well you enjoy it so much you might as well pay for the VIP” my tv was then switched to HDMI 3 with the pop up ad still there might I add my TV went crazy tbh point is this is a typical pointless scam.

It provide a free trial to help user to connect with the tv and test a few buttons, if it works, I am so glad. I don’t really like to have to pay to use the remote way at about if my kids want to use the app and they can’t because I’m no going to pay 30$ dollars for a remote I just wanted so if my kids can’t find the remote they could use their phones is really expensive and if you don’t pay you can’t use it 😤😤😤 I hate this app and I hope it goes really bad for the people that are working FYI I have better things to pay for and the people that are working there should go get another job

I am very upset that I paid for this junk. It promoted online that you could use it without Wi-Fi so I paid for it when to use the remote and it says I need to have my phone and TV connected to the same Wi-Fi well I wouldn’t need to use this remote if I had an original remote and could connect to my Wi-Fi like that. The whole point of me needing a remote on my phone is because my controller is lost and I need to connect my TV to our new Wi-Fi box

DearYou need to connect the TV with Wifi first, as far as we tested, most TV can control with the button on TV also, try to find the D-Pad menu in your tv, most of them are in the back of TV or bottom, once you find it, you can connect the TV with wifi. And once you have the Wi-Fi, you can use AI Remote to control it. Let us know if you still have any questions.
