The app is pretty clunky, I really like this chain of coffee shops so it would be very nice to have it work all the way! I’ve seen other reviews about not tracking orders and it is true, it hasn’t left a single one in my previously ordered. It would be so cool if it worked well, thank you java for making my day start off a little bit better!

I absolutely love the app and have been using it for 2 years now. I love that I can upload money to the app and use it like a gift card, and I love seeing the loyalty points accumulate and how easy it is to cash in loyalty points for drinks or product. I also like getting the push notifications through the app of promotions that Java is running, such as the 4 for $10 on October 1!

It is a very glitchy app. But that’s ok. When they get the online ordering down it would be way better.

They make the best coffee and drinks in town. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We keep coming back every time we’re in town. Great service and friendly staff. Keep up the great service and wonderful coffee. 🙂
