HOW IT WORKS
Jumpable uses the high-speed motion sensors in your Apple Watch to capture every nuance in your takeoff and landing form.
Strap: Strap Apple Watch to your inner ankle.
Tap: Select a recording duration and tap Play.
Recap: Perform vertical or horizontal jumps, and get lab-grade metrics instantly.
MEASURES
• Countermovement Jumps (CMJ), Squat Jumps (SJ), Standing Long Jumps (SLJ)
• Jump count, height (CMJ / SJ), and length (SLJ)
• Cumulative horizontal distance
• Flight time, Ground contact time, Reactive Strength Index (RSI)
• Peak power, velocity, force, RFD (takeoff / landing)
• CSV export with power / velocity / force / RFD curves (available on Elite)
