Can’t access courses

Paid for the premium subscription. It said I had to complete my recommended “plan” to unlock the rest of the courses. Dumb if I paid for it, but fine. Completed it. Still can’t access. Reported the bug to support and followed up twice with no response. Either a scam or they’ve outgrown their ability to properly support their product.

The information has been fine, but after only a few modules, everything is locked. I paid for full access but I get a message that if seen everything. There is way more in the catalog, but it’s all locked. Disappointed at the moment. Hopefully this gets resolved.
