Horrible! It won’t stay connected

The mic keeps disconnecting mid-song and won’t reconnect or it will then disconnect again. It’s a never ending loop.

Very difficult to get connected and even once connected it keeps saying the connection is poor quality. I’m literally right next to the console I’m playing on, no VPN, on the same network. But the connection is low quality?! What else is a user expected to do?!
