I don’t quite know what to say

I hate to say it but the reviews are not looking to well for Lumin. My mom has me use this for homeschooling and when I decided to look at the reviews I was shocked on what has happened to people and started to question Lumin, from my experience it gets the job done and if you dislike it or disagree that’s fine but I think Lumin is good but once again, from the other reviews I’m strongly disappointed because they all are one stars and saying how it’s untrustworthy which makes me worried for my mothers money. It also logs me out after every update which is annoying and I don’t know if that happens I just never had to deal with it. It also says/warns that it uses data to track me across apps and I don’t really like the sound of that.. I simply want to get my homework done other then That, thanks!

This is great for writing I love it so much it’s better than any other editing app ever created. Yeah, this is like the best app ever downloaded in my life. This is really worth it download it and it doesn’t even take that much storage please please please please get this it’s great it’s great for writing I can do my homework from home. Please get this download this do whatever you need to do but this is the best app ever created and it’s free

Honestly this app is amazing when you use it on a laptop or computer, everything is working perfectly fine until you use it on a mobile device. There are tons of options to edit with and I like that very much but I’m trying to access one of my files on my mobile device, but every time I click into it, the app kicks me out. It’s really frustrating, at first I thought I was just my devices problem but after refreshing it for like the hundredth time, it still kicks me out. I checked in with one of my friends and it’s doing the same thing for her. I highly recommend this if you are using it on a laptop or computer but not if it’s on a mobile device. I hope the developers fix this problem because I’m really looking forward to use this in the future, if not I don’t think I can use the app again.

A teacher who used to love it, now worthless

I am school teacher who needs a way to project my documents to my Apple TV from my iPad to mainly annotate with a pencil or highlighter feature. This used to save me time from printing my document then taking a picture then use the editing feature in my photo app. Grabbing it straight from google docs was awesome, especially saving my work from the previous day. Now the new update doesn’t let me use a highlighter. Also, my TV is wide so I always use landscape even with portrait direction pdfs. It won’t let me change my mode to landscape when I turn my iPad landscape. It keeps my documents portrait so half 1/4 of my tv screen on the left and right is black and unused, making my font super small and hard to read. Paying a subscription is out of the question. Why can’t it be a one time fee? Guess I’ll have to use a different pdf app.
