Works Well Most of the Time

Really a great app but lately it’s sometimes misidentifying the carrier. The first time it happened I was able to determine the correct carrier from the order information and change it to the correct one. Today it identified it as USPSMI, which is also what the shipper said it was but the tracking was for USPS. Odd. This has only happened a few times. Overall I’ve successfully tracked a couple hundred packages successfully. Actually I think that’s worth 5 ⭐️. I fear competition is causing carriers to create sub-classes of service making it hard for the app developer to keep up.Going 6 ⭐️ for customer service!

Really a great app but lately it’s sometimes misidentifying the carrier. New update is awful

Iv used this app for over 5 years and this used to be the best tracking app Iv used but after this recent update I’m going to have to look for a new alternative. The app was much better before the change. Now basic features don’t even work and it’s just clunky and hard to navigate and see the info you want. The app also no longer shows estimated delivery dates which was one of the main reason I added packages to this app in the first place. Before the update this app was simple. It wasn’t pretty and fancy but it didn’t need to be. It did it’s job and it did it well. Now it looks pretty but it’s also a total mess. They also added a pay wall for push notifications. You only get 30 a month now unless you pay for the pro version. If the developers are smart and they want to keep their user base large, they will revert back to the original design and make the original features work again. If they want to keep the pay wall for notifications fine. I could care less about that as long as they bring back the original design and original features like delivery date.

This is my first time ever leaving a review for an app and I have been using this app for I believe 8 years now and it was incredible. Easy to use. Functioned well and was a perfect app…..that is until this most recent upgrade. It has completely ruined this app and I am now looking for an alternative. The new interface is clunky, hard to read and to get the info that you want, is slow and ugly and just a completely disgusting and truly horrible to use. I loved this app for all of these years because of its ease of use and simplicity and the fact I could see the dates of every single package all the way back to 2014, since this update. All of that info has been wiped away. There is no point for me to use this app anymore. I highly suggest y’all’s change it back before you lose more users. But aye, doubt you will care.

Some did not even let you track more than a few items without paying or creating an account with them. This app lets you track unlimited items and set up push for 30 items a month which resets every month. Very generous.

Some did not even let you track more than a few items without paying or creating an account with them. This app lets you track unlimited items and set up push for 30 items a month which resets every month. Very generous.
