Training with Ketsy Santiago through My PT Hub has been an amazing experience from start to finish. She truly took the time to understand my needs, my goals, and even my weakest areas so we could work on them effectively. Ketsy was always reachable, checking in on me regularly to make sure I was staying on track and feeling supported. Each workout she created became more challenging over time, but also more fun, which kept me motivated and excited to show up.One thing I really appreciate is how adaptable she is—Ketsy works with people of all ages and always has a plan tailored specifically to each client’s abilities and goals. She knows exactly how to push you in the right way, while still making sure you feel comfortable and confident.Using My PT Hub alongside our training made everything even easier. I could quickly see my workout plans, track my progress, and communicate with Ketsy whenever I needed to. The reminders, clear instructions, and video demonstrations in the app kept me consistent and focused.Overall, I would recommend Ketsy Santiago to absolutely anyone looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, caring, and results-driven. She’s not just a trainer—she’s a true motivator and partner in your fitness journey.

When you are working out and recording each exercise that you do, make sure you don't hit the back button or that your phone doesn't shut down from that screen, you lose everything that you were recording during your work out. The other problem is if you miss one of the days, it's not like you can make up that day on the following day, you completely skip that days workout. That means if you had chest day on Wednesday, but had an emergency and couldn't show up to the gym on Wednesday, there is no way to regain that work out. You have to wait till next week, Lord forbid you miss that work out again. That would be two weeks straight without working out your chest.So as long as you can utilize this consistently every day without missing a workout, and be sure not to leave that page while your recording what you are doing, then all is well. I would prefer to find an app that corrected these two issues.

PT Lee is a game changer for fitness, wellness and your relationship with food. It’s not just a couple workout plans and a bogus “diet”. He educates you on the how and why your body changes in relation to what goes in and what you’re putting into your workouts. There are no cheat foods, there are no “points”, and there are no coincidentally adjacent charges for things like mediocre pre-made TV dinners. It’s just real feedback to educate you on what works (and the science of why). There are no gimmicks... no tricks... no easy answers to fitness, but working with PT Lee makes long term goals achievable and even fun. The community he has built of fellow judgement-free, normal people, just trying to live their best lives is very encouraging and being a part of something helps keep me accountable. 10/10 would recommend PT Lee and this app.

Constructive feedback regarding end-user interaction (I’m working with my trainer on nutrition, and he uses this platform)…There are some glitches or missing components that make it challenging: 1) when I hold down on a food item that’s included in a meal, I cannot see the macros for that food in the app. The only way to view specific food macros is through the desktop version. 2) the grocery list is not sorted into produce, pantry, meat, etc. Nor can I figure out how to export or print the grocery list. This makes shopping challenging and frustrating. 3) when I print the daily meals with all ingredients, some of the ingredients get cut off the bottom of the page, and there’s not a way to print the recipe/assembly instructions. All of this is stuff I’ll figure out work around for as I get more comfortable w the platform, but working in the app version, desktop version, and printed documents is cumbersome and not efficient.
