Clunky and unrefined

Can't think of a witty name.
Since I was forced to use this App on my mobile device instead of having the option to view the material in my browser I expected a lot more than the App was able to deliver. From the moment you go to the login screen of the App you have to slide the page around to see everything because it does not auto fit the window. The ebook quiz was horrendous to use because the quiz timer was plastered across the center of the screen and I was forced to drag the question above and below the banner to even read it then select an answer and scroll to the bottom of every page to select next. At the end I had to rotate my screen to find the submit assessment button. Whoever was paid to develop the App should give the money back so Jones and Bartlett can try again. Focus on user friendly this time, keep in mind the user is the PAYING customer.

I downloaded this app to be able to look over the book or do some work where I can't take my laptop. I thought that was the point of creating the app, so it can be more convenient. But it turned out I can't even use the app unless I have access to wifi. I don't always have wifi, mainly only at home. I'm trying to use it out of my home. Please fix. I hope maybe before my course is over. If not, I guess I'll struggle a bit.

This app WORKS as stated. I can download the book offline and read it with ease. Plus it is easy to navigate and doesn’t seem to cause any problem for me. To the other reviewers who give this app a one star, don’t be so picky about the app not having this or that for your excuse of technological incompetence. This app is just to serve as an extra feature. If you got a problem with the app, buy some reading glasses and pay for a hard covered book.

This app WORKS as stated. I can download the book offline and read it with ease. Plus it is easy to navigate and doesn’t seem to cause any problem for me. If I have to pay for this content I should be able to use it... this app is completely unusable. Considering the cost of content the least you could do is hire adequate coders to create an adequate platform to view your electronic content. Highlighting is cumbersome. Viewing and page turning lags. Duel screens on iPad Pro is not an option.
