(Not Boring) Camera 4+

While there are some things I would fix (video, better exposure control for harsh contrasts, different aspect ratios, etc) I have started taking my photos almost exclusively on this app. In fact, this is the only app I’ve ever left a review for, it’s THAT GOOD. I posted my photos on my instagram, and already multiple people have commented that I should do photography: that’s how much it elevates your photos. I find myself taking more photos, and falling in love with the process too. Lastly, the maximalist design is beautiful, and this app joins my personal favorite suite of apps available for the iPhone. Give it a try!

...why isn't there a feature to view the photos that I just took (not *all* my photos but just the ones I just took on this app)? You get one second to preview the final image and then have to decide to share or trash it or do nothing, but then after that you have to go out to your photos app to see the photo. That's a bit inconvenient.
Also, when you first install the app, and ur setting things up (e.g., allowing camera and photo access, etc) you have to choose a theme for the colors of the digital buttons (you cannot preview the theme). If you don't like the preset theme that you just chose, and don't have paid access to customize, there's no option to choose a different preset theme. I had to delete the app (could try offloading too) and reinstall it just to change the theme, until I finally settled on ironically the most boring one ("standard", lol).
I would also appreciate an option to take videos as others suggested (maybe that's already in the works). Other than that, I like the design & asthetic of the app, photos look great, fairly easy to use UI.

So tactile, so whimsical, so fun. This app has gotten me to take pictures again and I’m having a blast doing it. I love the simplicity and focus while making relevant settings easy to access if I want to adjust something.

I see reviews saying this needs zoom and/or video, and I don’t think it’s necessary in any way. The focus and simulated feeling of shooting to film is so satisfying. Please keep pushing with your vision. You certainly don’t make boring software!
