I’ve had a great experience with this app so far. The restaurant options are excellent, and orders consistently arrive on time with fresh, well-packaged food. One thing I feel could improve the experience is a points or rewards system. Adding a loyalty program for frequent users would be a great way to encourage more orders and make customers feel appreciated. Overall, it’s a solid app, but a points system could really make it stand out!

The app is good. And the newer updates work great. However, the customer service is 0/10 and no one seems to be available like ever, even when you think you’ve got a hold of someone you’re put on hold for ever!!!!!! I know this is not a direct technical issue but wouldn’t be a big of an issue if I could avoid the hustle of trying to get a hold of someone, if they had added a couple more important features such as the ability to cancel or edit the order before it has been confirmed or even after confirming depending on how soon you got to do that. Also I should be able to save my payment method/details instead of having to type in everything again and again everytime. Seriously I would have given this 4 stars if it wasn’t for the 0/10 customer service that comes along with it. Bad experience do not recommend.

Personally, from my few past experiences, I don't have any negative reviews, the app is great, the services are great, and they are very quick and helpful. I did not face any struggles on this app, and am extemely pleased with all the past orders. Great app, great service.

Please fix your sluggish application I would really like to use this apple and feel comfortable while using it but every time I do I end up getting annoyed and frustrated and shut down the app without ordering anything This is the third time I update it thinking maybe this time they fixed the problem but I end up being disappointed It’s frustrating when you’re trying to choose what to order and the page slows down as you get to the bottom of the restaurant’s menu and slows down even more when you try to go upAnd then takes you back to the start of the list of restaurants when you go backWhy can’t it just keep me on where I stopped Thank you
