Version 1.9.0 Release We have released two new updates. 1. On-site Support for Evidence Previews: When an evidence image is captured on the local device, a preview of that image will now be displayed on the remote supporter's screen. This enables images taken on-site to be quickly reviewed by the remote supporter. 2. Guide Display for Spatial Pointing: A guide will now be displayed on the local device when a spatial pointer is not placed correctly. This makes spatial pointing easier to use and allows for more precise placement.

Ver1.8.0 Release We have released two new updates. 1. The offline function allows you to use the software even in environments without an internet connection. The offline function allows you to view manuals and save image evidence. You can also switch to offline mode if your internet connection is cut off while you are working. 2. You can now join tasks directly from a Work URL. By tapping on a Work URL shared via calendar, email, etc., the app will automatically launch and allow you to join the task. This makes using the app even easier.

証跡管理機能について、映像・作業履歴の保存が可能になりました！ 作業履歴と映像は一つの画面で閲覧出来るので、「何時の作業ではどういう作業現場にいたのか」という確認も簡単に出来ます。また、作業中に撮影した画像もプレビュー可能です。 ぜひご活用ください。

マニュアル機能について、PDFデータの投入が可能になりました。 既にお持ちのマニュアルがあれば、それをそのまま利用していただくことが可能です。 マニュアルへ直接書き込みしたり、書き込んだページを証跡として保存することも可能です。

Ver1.0.4 リリース カメラオンオフ機能をリリースしました。 Webアプリで現地ユーザーの画面をオフにすると、現地ユーザーの映像伝送が停止されます。 これにより、映像を送りたくない場所や、バッテリー消費を抑えたい状況では映像をオフにすることが可能になります。
