SessionBridge is a companion app for people in counseling at House of Freedom, used between sessions and provided by the clinic — accounts are set up by your care team at intake.
Between appointments, SessionBridge gives you a private place to:
• Journal — put the week into words, track your mood, and flag anything you want to bring up at your next session
• Log medications — note side effects so your counselor sees the full picture
• Check in — complete short, standard check-ins (like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7) your counselor reviews
• Reflect with the companion — an AI writing companion that helps you put feelings into words. It is a tool, not a therapist: it never diagnoses or gives medical advice, and it clearly tells you it isn't a person
• Stay connected to your care — everything you record goes to your own counselor's review queue before your next session, so each appointment starts where you actually are
Your privacy is protected: entries are encrypted, protected by Face ID, and visible only to your own care team. Available in English and Spanish.
SessionBridge is not an emergency service and is not monitored in real time. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — para español, presione 2), or call 911. These crisis lines are always one tap away in the app, even without unlocking it.
