When I 1st got the app and it gave me $50 spending power. I was very skeptical. I have on the lower end of fair credit so I didn’t get much. I started scrolling what shops they had. Got even more skeptical there’sbecause I hadn’t heard of most of them. Then I see some bigger brands and then I realized I can buy vapes for 1/4 of the price thru this app than they sell them in Fairbanks, AK! Placed the order and had them before the 2nd payment was even due! Now that I have been using it for month they have added new features like games that pay you in spending power! It’s not a whole lot but ima play the games anyways. I even deleted and redownloaded a couple to get points there. It can’t pay what you already owe either, tho that would be amazing, it wouldn’t get you to buy more thru them tho. I have had 1 problem with a package and that was on USPS and our shortage of postal drivers. They have upped my spending power a handful of times without me even asking. They are constantly adding more shops and features so you’re getting a better app than when I downloaded it and it was awesome then! Best of luck!

I love sezzle!! It is a way to purchase items and pay on it every two weeks! That works great for working people! The pros are you can purchase items you might might be able to afford and pay it off while in your possession. The con is the app sometimes has glitches and will say you missed a payment when you didn’t. The customer service is not helpful in these situations nor is asking for a supervisor they will only email you. The con is if this happen they will adjust your spending limit. So I had never missed a payment and gained a credit of $1000 but the app glitched and said I missed a payment when the due date for that payment had not even came yet. It caused me a issue at my bank bc it tried to take the money out ahead of time then that cause a fee without me knowing. I went ahead and paid the payment before knowing about the fee and the rest is history as they say. Sezzle did nothing to accommodate me on this issue when it was there fault that they said I was supposed to pay and I wasn’t. So this is the only issue I’ve had with sezzle. Unfortunately my spending limit got cut back down to $500 and I never missed a payment. But I continue to use them when I really want something but I use other app before I use them because of that issue.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE! Maybe new ownership? Customer service is horrible. No one responds. They’ve been holding my 300 dollars from me for 17 days with no response. I’ve shown them countless information stating the business I ordered from is apparently deadpooled. I am starting to feel like sezzle is a scam company. If you can get lucky and get someone to respond, after hours, they don’t let you talk to a supervisor or anything. Every response is “I dunno, we don’t know when you can talk to anyone”. How is that helpful? Their refund team seems to be nonexistent. The last message I have from them is 10 days ago with a scripted message. So probably was a bot, not actually a person. It says they are working on my case and to add more info if I’d like, but they don’t respond. They don’t give updates. I’ve been told not to report to my bank because they can hurt my credit and I’d still owe them money and have to go through the same process. So basically they just scam you out of your money and don’t actually help you. I assume hoping you will give up due to the lack of any sort of customer service and they can keep your money. Because if I can’t report it to my bank, and they are unwilling to give my 300$ back, what choice do I have? If I do a chargeback, they say I’ll owe them the full amount, which is close to 700 dollars for a product I haven’t even received. The package hasn’t even shipped yet, as of 17 days ago.

I use to love this app! I used it a lot. Being a single mom and having a disabled child it helped me be able to get extra things for my kids like school clothes Christmas birthdays make it a little more special. Idk what they changed I think it’s prob web bank joining them since I always had issues with finger hut. Now all the sudden they want to verify my identity but it keeps saying error and now says I’m not eligible to purchase with them. Even tho all my purchases are paid. I had a review for my fixed income which made my direct deposit come in a few weeks longer then it regularly does. But once I had my deposit I made my payments. Everything was ok that day. Until the following morning I woke up planning to get some equipment for my sons therapy in home since I can’t afford to pay for it all up front and it said I had to finish my profile and verify my identity which lead to error messages and then I got on chat support and was told I have no purchasing power they reserve the right to take it away at any time with out needing any reason. So the app like I said was really helpful the past few yrs I’ve been using it. If ur not a single mom in a fixed income like me maybe u won’t have this problem. But for anyone in a situation like mine just wanted to give a heads up. It’s really disappointing!
