Let this app be your boxing coach! Practice shadow boxing to train and improve your boxing skills from anywhere with this app. Use existing training sessions or build your own workouts using the various modes and settings.


This boxing app features multiple pre-made intense shadow boxing & punching bag training sessions:

- HIIT, a very high intensity workout to burn a lot of calories and have fun
- Freestyle, 6 rounds of 3 minutes with a coach giving you audio directions
- 10 rounds of 3 minutes made of guided exercises and freestyle
- Quick start to get right into a simple shadow boxing session made for everybody
- Slower pace training when you are getting back in shape and need to improve your cardio
- Insanity training to go non stop for 25 minutes through intense exercises to lose calories and increase stamina


Mix it up by trying out different modes, simulating what a real coach would ask you to do:

- PAD WORK will give you simple combos and freestyle combos to execute.
- FREESTYLE let you do your own thing with an optional audio coach giving you ideas and directions.
- REPETITIONS gives you one combo to practice for an entire round. It can be a simple one to focus on speed, or a more technical one.
- JUMPROPE lets you practice your boxer skip and is a great way to boost your cardio.
- PUNCHING BAG alternates fast and powerful sequences to build explosiveness on the heavy bag


You can also create your custom shadow boxing training sessions and custom HIIT exercises. This is a great option to match what kind of fitness regimen you want to follow at home. If you have a jump rope you can add this as well to your home training.


See your statistics, follow your progress and remember when you last worked out. This can help you focus on your targets, weight loss or performance improvement. Shadow boxing can get repetitive, this is a great way to stay motivated.


Use the free interval timer for your sparring sessions or heavy bag workouts. It can be used as a MMA timer, kickboxing timer or a boxing timer as well to keep track of time and rounds. It will ring a bell at the end of the round and give you an indication of the round coming to an end.


The audio cues will not stop the music from your favorite app like Spotify or Apple Music. You can also mute them if you only want to listen to your intense shadow boxing workout playlist!
