Best speed test app available at the moment better than ookla by miles

Best speed test app available at the moment and I can say that confidently are used to ooklaSpeedtest even before smart phones existed and I am afraid they are now in bed with Comcast I live somewhere in California in the bay area where Comcast is the only option if you select a Comcast server on ookla’s Speedtest app a lot of the time the numbers for download and uploadAre so much higher than a server almost as close with as low or lower ping then the Comcast server ookla somehow also knows that you are a Comcast customer and an ISP customer at that so they automatically connect you to a Comcast server although you can change that a lot of people aren’t that tech savvy and don’t even realize they have been blindsided by a monopoly labeled Comcast even in a speed test app I’m happy to say this app is amazing and I will continue using it in the future as the only speed test app I trust whoever designed it thank you you’re doing IT gods work

This is one of several network tool apps that I recently installed to help troubleshoot slow and intermittent disconnects. Since my IT experience lies in software, network issues are a new and intimidating area but this first network test seemed easier to understand than others, maybe due to the visual presentation. I really appreciate the evaluation of the overall performance and hope it will aid us in locating and resolving the issues we’re experiencing. Thanks for a user-friendly interface!!

I understand someone has to pay for the software, I would rather have an option for an ad free experience. The test itself is easy, fun to watch and detailed. Husband ran the same test an hour later and received close to the same results so we took turns running the test and for the most part our results mirrored one another from great to not so great and finally back up to great again...this is a really easy test to run (click once on start)...easy to understand! Go for it it’s worth having!
