Simple and easy to use. It doesn’t have any games but I have spent 10 years trying different « fun » apps and I noticed that my kids were spending a lot more time on the games than needed with not much more learning. When in a quiz, misspelled words are pointed out right away. They have the way the child spelled it and the right way. All my kids tell me how much they like that feature. At the end of the quiz, there is a pie chart that shows clearly how good they did. Finally, I love the many choices of sentences they have. It really helps us know how to use the words in sentences. It doesn’t have sentences for words with suffixes like « ing » and « ed » but there is an option to write your own. That’s a great way to teach them good composition and to make sure they have mastered the meaning of their words. A bonus, the younger students are so proud when they hear the computer say their own sentences.

I have to study 900 words for some spelling thing, and so far, I have no complaints about this app. I would maybe like if it could make you repeat the words you missed, though. Also, I would like for there to be an option to check for capitalization as well. Some words on my list are required to be capitalized, but the app doesn't check for capitalization. Some words are also pronounced kind of weirdly, like some of the voices will not properly pronounce certain letters, making them sound like completely different words. Otherwise, this is a great app.

This is like the best app ever. First of all, this app called spelling NB ask you to give money right when you put seven words in a listBut this app I put like three lists and each list had 200 words in it and it didn’t ask me for money which is such a good thing so like there’s like no in app purchases and also you could change the voice like if you don’t understand a voice you could change the voice. You can also ask for like a sentence which is amazing. This app is like the best app ever .Make sure to try it out! But it would be GREAT if you can show how many questions we did so far while we are testing and typing the words.

This app is very helpful to me, before this app I have had to have 10-12 questions wrong out of 20 on my spelling tests! Things seem so hopeless until one night I was studying with my peer. I heard the spelling words in the background of her call, “What is that in your background?”. “It’s this new spelling app I downloaded, I got myself from a C- to an A+!”, “What’s it called?” “Spelling B!”.
