The Strategic Breathing App is the result of Max’s 23 years of teaching breathing evolutions across the world and is known to produce a level of an inner calm that helps you to feel better, sleep better, and function at a higher level in your relationships and your life-work.

• Breathing technique tutorial.
• Talk on how breathing and emotions are deeply connected.
• Standing breathing evolutions ranging from 5 to 30 minutes.

Max Strom has taught breath-work for 23 years, and currently travels the globe teaching breathing evolutions, wellbeing, and yoga to medical, government, and well being conferences. Max is known for inspiring and igniting personal growth. His TEDx talk, Breathe to Heal, has over one million views on Youtube. Max is also the author of two books, A Life Worth Breathing, and There is No App for Happiness.

Super Helpful for Anxiety

Everyone says a breathing practice is helpful but few help you begin the journey. This app helps you take the first steps and then can continue with you on your journey
I discovered Max Strom when my anxiety was unmasked during Covid 2020. I am continually amazed that such a simple daily activity can have such benefits.
If you’re like me, you might be disciplined for a few short weeks until you feel better. Then you will stop because you “don’t need it anymore”. I’m realizing that for me, my anxiety needs daily care. Thank you, Max!

Just the beginning

I just started the exercises but I can tell the difference already . After the first exercise I went to bed and just cried (could not cry for a long time ), after that my head was not pounding and I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my head . Amazing feeling , just thank you !

Thank you!

I love this app! I really enjoy Max’s strong calming voice. Once you start doing the exercises, the explanation of that exercise goes away. I would love to continue having access to the explanation while I am learning to do it as I am struggling to remember the purpose for each type of breath.
