Release 2.0 - Updates the tap sound effect to respond to device volume settings. - Adds sound effect for time expired. - Moves the Speed and Size menus from being onscreen buttons to being in the Settings screen, and optionally being also onscreen. - Adds a Help icon at the top of the Home screen, and a corresponnding Help screen. - Updates the Start button to a Stop button while running.
