Those features have been verified on Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S(late than March 2018), and Model X(late than March 2018).
For vehicles with Tesla MCU1, you can try setting "Decode video by Phone" to get better video quality.

ideal Tesla mirror app
Well priced pro upgrade ($3) for a solid feature set, and more features on the way. Can’t complain.

Works but very low/slow video frame rate
Videos show up, but can hardly play anything due to lag, and latency. It’s like watching videos on an old dial up modem. Not usable even with the paid version.

Based on my test on iPhone13, the video frame rate can get 20-30.
