• Affected body part (select from a simple list)

Browse your past entries in a clear, chronological list whenever you need to review patterns or share with your clinician.
4. Secure Clinician Sharing
Invite your clinician to receive your logs directly through the app—data is transmitted over TLS and only accessible via their authenticated portal.
5. Privacy & Security
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on device (Keychain/SQLCipher).
• No PHI is exposed in the logs themselves—only the fields you choose to record.
