Tiles By Post is a competitive, correspondence, word search game. How many words can you find? Play this classic online word hunt game with real people! Challenge your friends to friendly games or play ranked matches against random opponents of similar skill levels. Compete for the highest rating. Or, play single rounds "vs Everyone" and see how you compare to thousands of other players on the same board. Tiles By Post is the only cross-platform word search game that keeps track of your skill level and always matches you against players of similar ability. And since it is available for all types of phones you can play your friends no matter what type of phone or device they have! There are three types of games: Ranked Games, Friendly Games, and vs Everyone Games. Tiles By Post also has practice puzzles where you can search for words on a board with no time limit and no opponent. Fun solo or head-to-head play

This is a little gem of a game. You can play historical boards and see how you stack up against other players who have played the same board, or you can play head-to-head with real users. You can play with friends, too, but I have yet to do so. No annoying sounds or ads popping up (only a subtle ad appears at the bottom of the screen, reasonable for a totally free game. There could be added an options or setting option (play sound FX? Colors?) but as it is, it has a clean interface and is enjoyable to play.

This really is the best word game app I’ve ever found. The simplicity is what makes it great - no annoying sounds, no pointless “coins” that other games make you collect, and the ads don’t disrupt the game, they’re tiny and hardly noticeable. You can play by yourself or play challenge games with friends or others online. So refreshing to still have an app that isn’t loaded with distracting “coins” or ads that pop up every 10 seconds!

This developer makes wonderful games that have simple intuitive play, a chat function to keep in touch with family and make new friends, and unobtrusive adds. This Tiles game has extra bells and whistles to practice and compare yourself to others. I just wish I could get smart enough to be competitive against hubby. If the developer has a bug fix for that I’ll be really impressed!

I play the free version, and I lve this game as well as its cousin, Words By Post (similar to Scrabble). There is no link through the app with which to contact the developers/support staff. This is problematic because there is this odd glitch that happened to me as well as someone against whom I play ranked games regularly: i opened a game to play my turn, and my turn completed before I could play (the tiles shake back & forth). Developers need to look into this, as my expperience was not an isolated one.
