With our app, you have everything you need for a pleasant journey. In addition to booking your flight, you can also choose a seat, add luggage and even arrange insurance. The app remembers your bookings and details, so it's easy to Check-In. Is it time to check in? The app sends you a notification when it’s time.
Did you know that for many of our flights, you can do mobile check in from 30 hours before departure?

Our cabin luggage policy has changed. Want to bring a cabin bag? You can now book this via the app. This allows you to bring 1 piece of max 55 x 35 x 25 cm in the cabin, which you place in the overhead compartments.

Little tiny easy App
This app makes every thing seamless, great design.
Canceled Flight (last-minute)
One agent at the service window for a canceled flight from ORY. Line was hours long. Called customer service (several times), and they were no help. Flight was canceled for “operational issues” and Transavia is trying to not cover my unused hotel night (€575 - it was for six people). Crazy to me that a cancellation due to their own scheduling issues would not result in covering my expenses.
Missing basic functionality
Unable to select seat within 30 hours of a flight. This is the minimum expected functionality for any airline today; it’s not 1980.
