Doesn't load autostart - WORKAROUND
The functionality is great, but I wish there was an option to load on login and autostart the previous video you had set as your background.
A workaround is to go to your System Preferences -> Users & Groups -> Login Items, then manually add "Video Wallpaper 4K" then make sure that "Hide" is not ticked. It took me a little bit to figure this out, but if this was a built in feature this would be a 5-star review.
LOVE this!
THIS IS BEAUTIFUL! I put it on my brand new Mac Air (a1932) and that is where it is going to stay. There are a couple screens in here that are worth the cost of the entire program, alone. This is nothing more than mesmerizing. I can't take my eyes off of it (no, this is not a paid advertisement). I can't wait to show this app to other people. I send a warm thank you to the developer. This is just what I was looking for! =)
I wish...
Hoped for so much more. Video looks and sounds good, however…
- You can’t set desklets (which it calls videos) to switch without going to the preference pane.
- You can load your own quicktime videos, but it doesn’t save that video. You have to reload it every time you use it.
