PLAN YOUR CLASS
• Build a class on one screen: add poses from the Yolgi pose library, group them into sections and drag to reorder
• Set holds in breaths or seconds, choose sides, and add teaching cues and modifications
• See your class time add up as you build, so you always land on time
• Start blank, from a preset, or from one of your saved blocks
• Keep private notes that only you can see
CREATE WITH AI
Tell Yolgi the length, level, style and focus, and get a complete, balanced class built from real poses in the library: warm-up, peak, counterposes and savasana included. Every class is a draft you can review and edit.
TEACH AND PRACTICE
• Teach mode: move through your class at your own pace with cues, your private notes and what's coming next
• Practice mode: follow along with timed holds and a soft bell between poses
