Plus, as a part of 28 you will have access to a team of recognised professionals, from nutrition and fitness, through to mindfulness and motivation.

Highly recommend Sam28. I’ve done it for almost 3.5 years, I might not always follow it to a T but stay signed up because I enjoy it, I like the feeling of push it gives me. The exercises are great and the best thing I can do them from home with 2 little kids, this program has helped me get back to pre baby weight.. the food is great, the support from the Sam28 community is fantastic everyone wants to help motivate and are understanding. For me I have enough things to think about than what to eat, and how to do what exercise to help what part of my body.. I need to be told what to do and how to do it. The guidance.. that’s why I choose Sam28
Highly recommend this program
As a former chocoholic - someone who excercised on and off and ate reasonably healthily- I couldn’t recommend this program more highly enough - if you are after easy to prepare delicious meals, excercises you can do in your own home, great support and great feedback and are wanting more energy DO IT and guess what you will lose weight and feel fitter and healthier than you ever have. So many of my friends have joined simply by seeing my results in weight loss and my general energy levels and well being. It is so achievable and excellent value

App is too glitchy
I love the program and I want to love the app but it’s too glitchy and there are major sync issues between the app, the watch, and the activity app. Too many times I’ve completed a workout with the app and my Apple Watch, and at the end of the workout it syncs to say I’ve done 0:00 minutes of the workout. Today I’ve completed a workout and the activity app shows 3 instances of 0:00 minutes of high intensity interval training via the app. It’s so frustrating I’m going to have to abandon the app entirely. I now have no data on the workout I did today. Really disappointing and I’ve not been able to find a solution for it.
