Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Feedback on camera operation please respond

This has been working well but now it is not connecting/nor ringing on my mobile. It is coming up as ‘action’ recorded but when I press the playback it says ‘no videos on the day’? I have reset, taken out the batteries, reset my phone, I don’t know what I can do now, can someone please let me know what the problem is. Thanks, Elizabeth

PROTECT YOUR FAMILY? Not with this door bell!!!!

Firstly. Bought this door bell not being told that there was a paid subscription for it to work. Screen shots of door bell notifications don’t match app door bell rings. The missing pictures and times, when asked in the help chat were ignored. Times and pics were needed by police. I messaged for ten days and I was ignore. I was paying the highest subscribtion yearly price and the only response I received was to confirm that I was paying the yearly sub price. They refused to supply the full day of door bell rings, resulting in evidence lost after 7 days of their cloud storage. This door bell was to be an added safety feature to my home. I begged them for help. For help in the return of my pic on their cloud back up, because there app had bugs that after all these years they CANT FIX!!! and of course when I asked for a refund based on the proven fact that the app don’t work, they also ignored me. When I emailed them, they ignored me. When I found what I thought was them on fb. They laughed at me and wished me luck as they knew I had no chance. Don’t be fooled liked me. These people don’t care about you. Just the money!!

Useless customer service. Device doesn’t work for voice

Absolutely useless customer service. I have had an issue where images/videos were not showing in the app, despite them showing in my notifications. Customer service ignored my comments and just repeated themselves several times. In the end I reformatted the microSD card, which they did not suggest to me, I was just trying anything. On top of that, it says their times of support is 9-5 min-Fri, but each time I sent a message it recorded a time that was incorrect. One time 2 hours early, the next 7, then 12. Useless.
Machine has never worked for voice to someone at my door, it’s been garbled since day one. I’d say you get what you pay for, but when I bought this it was a similar price to others on the market. Save your money, time, and energy. Get a ring device or nest. Aiwit is complete rubbish.
