Doesn’t do what it says

The first time I was sent a notification that a scan/report was available, and I could open it and see it. Yay. When I came back to it, the app said the scan was offline and it would come online within 30 minutes. Never happened, even after several attempts.

The next time i got a scan, I never got a notification, and the scan/report has not appeared in the app for me to view, I rang I-med and they said the scan was reported and sent same day as it was taken. I can’t access it.

Not a good app.

Sorry to hear that. Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a technical issue with the PACS we query from that is causing delays with images coming online. I Med have advised us that it has been resolved now. Please raise a ticket through the patient portal or send us an email at support@zedtechnologies.com.au and we can sort this for you

Reports are not uploaded automatically

This app is to get copies of your scans and doctors report. This not the case with ultra sounds and mri’s. I had to email to request this information to be uploaded despite the procedure already being paid. For the ultra sound it was uploaded but with the mri I received an email from a random tech asking all my personal information in order for the doctors report to be uploaded. Defeats the purposes of having the app to begin with. It’s easier to go back to your gp for a hard copy of your report! Deserves a no star rating

Hi There. Details are requested in order to confirm we're speaking to the right person for privacy reasons. Some clinics also have a set delay before you're allowed to view your report which is imposed by the clinic themselves. Caught in a loop

This app is ridiculous. It tells you that your username is your mobile phone number then doesn’t accept your mobile number as the username when you enter it. Then it asks for a password but requires your date of birth first. I need scans for my daughter so that didn’t work because it needed her birthdate not mine. So I had to do that part twice as well. When you reset your password, it then won’t accept that password even though you are told the password was successfully reset. All the way through you are asked to download an app that you have already downloaded. Frustrating! The other stupid part was, I didn’t even know that scans had been done so I was hesitant that the text was a scam. iMes should probably send you an email first so you know the text is coming and that it’s OK to click on. Can I please have 30 minutes of my back which you stole on an ineffective process?
