Love site but lately it won’t load

This app was good at first. Now it shows only one x-ray which is not even my most recent. I have reported it over 2 weeks ago - gave them all the requested information but absolutely nothing has happened since then. Desperately needs an overhaul! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no result. It merely says 'no notifications will be sent to this device'. Yes I've changed my phone and phone number BUT I changed it on my account. And they've contacted me on my current number to confirm appts etc.

I love the fact that you can access your scans and reports via app (save the trees) however there are occasions where I am unable to log in due to errors. I’ve tried deleting and adding the app but still same issue. Annoying.

App does not remember login settings when you have to choose pin or biometrics. Next time you have to login from scratch. If you can get logged in the app will not load any images 50% of the time. Then you need to close and reload the app. Guess what, you need to log in from the start yet again. Very poor app design and the developers should be ashamed of themselves for publishing something that has obviously never been tested. Would give zero stars if possible.
