Considering legal action
Customer support is unresponsive, and has limited live chat support. I’ve asked for the account to be deleted, several times with no response.
Update:
Customer support had deleted my previous ticketed request to have the account deleted, and had not honored the request. This company conducts itself in suspicious patterns in collecting personal data. I would not trust such an inconsistent, and obscure company like this, with its own intentions set above the common respect of consumers. I am considering legal action at this point.
Terrible
My details have already been compromised as I have started receiving spam text messages proclaiming I have won prizes for events I have never entered. Have tried to deactivate account and never received the “email with instructions”. Don’t waste your time or take the risk.

Hello Luva, Beam does not share your phone number or details with anyone so this would not be because of the app. We suggest a getting in touch with your service provider about the spam messages.
