I subscribe to the digital version of Better Home and Gardens and pay biaApple. April’s edition has been released but I cannot access the subscribe buttons to make my purchase. I have tried turning my iPad off and on again and deleted the app and reinstalled, both to no avail. Now the app is crashing. I am disappointed because I enjoy the magazine and get a lot of design and cooking ideas from it. This is the first time I have encountered this and am asking for support to resolve this issue. It looks as though I am experiencing the same issue as other users. After a regular Apple update 2 years ago I no longer have access to my subscription magazines. I have done all that is required but have unsuccessfully downloaded any of my past magazines & have never had access since. It’s also a shame as prior to the update I had no issues with the app and always had access to my subscription. Now what I am experiencing is having to sign in or restore each time I open the app and no magazine access. I am really disappointed as this has been the same problem over 2 years now. I forgot to cancel my subscription last year so was automatically charged for an app I can’t use... Please resolve as it looks like there are many users having the same issue.
Yet to be able to download an issue
Perpetual Anticipation
In March I paid for a 13 issue subscription through Magshop but have yet to be able to download an issue due to what I have been advised is a technical issue, which is also being experienced by others. Although this is extremely annoying and until it is resolved a waste of money, at least, at my request, Magshop have cancelled any on going auto renewal and have also given me theoretical access to an extra issue at the end of my current subscription. Not great compensation if the current situation cannot be resolved. A full refund of the current subscription would have been more satisfactory.

Still not happy after downloading all previous magazines and using all my download I find today that it is asking again for me to download the same magazines. So not only do I have to pay for a subscription that doesn’t work I have to download every magazine any time I want to read one I have previously paid for. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS APP ITS A RIP OFF Update has made the app lose all my magazines I have purchased now asking for payment and asking me to purchase subscription which has only just been renewed not happy to say the least have canceled my auto renewal subscription to this and others magazines we should be refunded our subscription but I won’t be holding my breath
