Bloom subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24h before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal at the price listed within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off via Settings > App and iTunes Stores > Apple ID > View Apple ID. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Helping this 34yo mum of 2 immensely

I’ve had anxiety since I was a teen and have tried several different methods to help me manage and reduce my anxiety levels. Exercise works best for me but I’ve been looking to deepen the work I’m doing on myself and have tried mediating in the past. I’ve never stuck to it because I’ve tried so many in the past and haven’t loved them and wanted to find one source I can use daily to increase my chances of committing and sticking to consistent meditating.
I’m 7 days in to Bloom and have completed every daily task and I’m absolutely loving it. I wake half hour before my kids will so I can do my Bloom activities and it is putting me in the best frame of mind for my day. I love that you can select how your feeling and your tasks are catered towards you and your emotions at the time.
There are some small improvements I see like expanding the moods in the menu but I know this is just the start. For me the cost is a small investment in myself - I wouldn’t bat an eyelid spending that on a piece of clothing !!

I adore this app and all the content provided but what made this app so amazing was the serenity of the lotus tree and the ease of use. I find the app quite confusing to use now and not as straight forward as it previously was. I loved the lotus tree feature and how you could earn lotus flowers for your tree it was just such a beautiful aspect of the app and made it more interactive in my opinion. I also really liked how you could be given tasks to do in order to earn your lotus flowers and crystals it just made me much more motivated to use the app and engage in wellness it was just so straight forward especially on the days where you feel a bit flat and unmotivated, but that aspect seems to have disappeared. It was also much easier to navigate and log your moods on the old format I liked how everything was clearly set out instead of in the contents page in the top corner of the new format. I just find the overall experience and essence of the app a bit clinical and similar to other wellness and meditation apps like Headspace. Even just the calming music opening the app seems to be gone which has definitely impacted the overall experience for me.

Fantastic app but hate the new update

I love this app and have been using it since it launched. I’m rating it five stars because I honestly do use it every day and have had a really positive experience with it. I think it’s great for getting people into practising mindfulness and it’s amazing for anxiety, I have really enjoyed Dayas kundalini and find it really helps me.

However I really do not like the recent update, I feel like it’s so hard to navigate through the app now and the overall layout is definitely not as aesthetically pleasing as it was prior.
I feel like the old version was so much more enjoyable to use, I loved the little lotus tree feature and I think visually the app design was beautiful. To me personally what helps me deal with anxiety is visuals, so the old app was perfect for that it really got me out of my head and got me to concentrate on something else.

It was so much easier to track moods and progress before and also to save things as a favourite and they would be at the top of the list whereas now it doesn’t do that anymore? I also loved the daily moon astrology which seems to be gone as well?

There are so many amazing things about this app but overall to me functionality is very important, I genuinely have to enjoy using an app to want to use it everyday and pay for it and to be honest this new update makes me want to cancel my subscription.
