The app worked fine initially, but now I can’t seem to login. I have a BMW ID and password, but when I try to login it instead asks me to verify details my details, as if I’m setting up a new account! Very frustrating. Have even tried updating my password, but this hasn’t solved the issue.

Updating my previous post. My login issue has been sorted automatically, with no further issues and now the app works fine. I can only assume that after creating an account and password, the system takes possibly overnight to activate the details. So by logging in the next day was successful. A frustrating exercise initially, but armed with this information maybe the experience might be better for others. In regards to the app, the information available is useful and the storing of your vehicle/s in the “Garage” a practical feature. A good app once you log in.

Been having issues with this app for over a month (not being able to access personal details or information) and the ‘customer service’ at BMW regarding this is hopeless and honestly quite condescending when trying to assist me over the phone. I would expect more from a company like BMW when providing service to their customers.

I cannot agree to the terms and get past the first screen. It’s unbelievable that a big company such as BMW can’t make a decent app that provides basic functionality. And they have moved everything to these non-working apps so I can’t access any information on a simple website. Shame on you and your developers.
