BMW One has been developed to provide you with one easy to use medium to interact with the BMW brand, our products, services and supplementary offerings, at your own fingertips – anytime and anywhere.

You will have access to the latest news and offers as well as be the first to hear about any of our upcoming events. Assisting in your journey with BMW, the app will also offer service booking and test drive requests through a few easy clicks and steps. And, specific to our BMW Financial Services customers in Australia, BMW One will contain detailed information about your finance contracts with the ability to make payments.

For our customers in India, they would be able to have access to BMW Smart Video functionality and the BMW Used Car portal.

Log in issue solved

Updating my previous post.
My login issue has been sorted automatically, with no further issues and now the app works fine.
I can only assume that after creating an account and password, the system takes possibly overnight to activate the details.
So by logging in the next day was successful.
A frustrating exercise initially, but armed with this information maybe the experience might be better for others.
In regards to the app, the information available is useful and the storing of your vehicle/s in the “Garage” a practical feature.
A good app once you log in.

Can’t check accept t&c box- can’t go anywhere with it

After filling up the required info to register it stops at “I have read and agree to the t&c” check box. Inactive box!
Then ‘ Creat’ button is greyed out!
I need help!

Useless App and Support Service

Been having issues with this app for over a month (not being able to access personal details or information) and the ‘customer service’ at BMW regarding this is hopeless and honestly quite condescending when trying to assist me over the phone. I would expect more from a company like BMW when providing service to their customers.
