Best Fitness App for Me.

I’ve tried various fitness apps, had various PT’s and tried different classes or coaching sessions.. Move with Us is truly the only app I’ve used and I’ve seen consistent results with and kept me moving forward for the last couple of years. I found Rachel Dillons app before the name changed and she motivated me to keep getting back up and keep trying again. I’ve found that setting smaller goals and 4-8 week challenges really helps me focus on the goal at hand instead of looking in the mirror and feeling helpless in the gym. In my early 20’s I was in full fitness mode, no drinking or social life and spent hours in the gym. I’m my later 20’s, with Covid and moving between 3 continents, I sort of fell off the wagon and wasn’t able to consistently stay in the gym. MWU gives you small challenges so you can get back up, focus on the next task, next workout, next meal, and not feel like all hope is lost because I haven’t been to the gym in a week. Couldn’t recommend it more ❤️🔥

Old client back again and wow

Years ago I completed BBR with great success and loved the programs, meal plans and variety the ease of the switching of ingredients and the app but I must say…….

Wow the new Move With Us app and programs have just levelled up. The workouts and levels I absolutely love, the affordability, the premium access and everything included is well worth the investment when your plan integrates, power, bills, shred and maintain you cannot ask for much more knowing all is at your hand for the next 12 months to stay consistent.

Well done to the whole team, I’m very impressed!

Suggestion 1 - Adding a feature to the meals section where you can log another food you may have consumed for tracking purposes eg. I stick to my plan and have decided to add a 40 cal hot chocolate (personal choice) or I may have a Latte and although not desirable it’s good to keep track and balance out with your exercise. Instead of 10k steps I will consider the hot choc and do 15k instead which balances out but the app doesn’t allow connection with Apple Watch to take that into consideration and adjust calorie intake which makes it a guessing game at times (My fitness pal I use seperate to keep track of this)

Suggestion 2 - Timer inside the screen your working on (I use Apple Watch timer on hand but would be great just to tap screen that doesn’t interrupt your music and you manually set eg. 4 times for 30 seconds with Timelapse for breaks).

The sessions are great but app needs work!

I am generally OK with the app but since the last update the workout sessions keep resetting to the home page if inactive for 5 seconds. Also I can’t let the full sessions run as it heats up my phone so I like just to go through it without running it. However when I do that it constantly resets and I need to keep going to the workout session area and day. I wish it would just stay in the workout page and session even if inactive. Also it would be great if you could just choose ‘session completed’ rather then to click through the full session to have the app recognising you completed the session. I hope it improves soon. But the training workouts are great, no flaws there. Just the app needs work.
