Dangerous ranges

My scale and app work perfectly and I haven’t had any of the issues with a female account like some people here. However, I have a major issue with some of the values used for what is considered “normal” or “too high”. But first, BMI should not be used as an indicator of health and many studies have proven this. The ranges used for body fat %, hydration and muscle mass are far too low and not supported by any scientific evidence. The explanations given in the app have no reference to evidence or any material suggesting where they got their numbers from. These low ranges give people a warped view of their body and health, potentially pushing them to lose weight/train in such a way that then puts them at risk of health complications. The app developers need to conduct thorough research into what the appropriate ranges should be and update their system accordingly.

Works well but some changes needed

I have found this to be helpful, using to track weight loss and not really to monitor other stats.
The year graph is frustrating for me. It does NOT show the graph for the entire year, only the weight loss from the month (which the month tab shows with much more detail)
There is a graph option to show loss for the day - who monitors their weight more than once per day? Is that even a thing?

Please fix the year graph, for someone losing weight it is the most important indicator of steady weight loss over a long period of time and can boost confidence that you are actually making progress.

Make your profile “male” - app is sexist

When setting up the scales, put your gender as “male” regardless of whether you’re female or male. This is the only way to see numbers other than just your weight.

I set up my profile as “female” and was only getting my weight, my %body fat was coming up as “ErrH”. Made a second profile as “male” and suddenly everything worked. This was after making sure I read the instructions thoroughly and exchanging them at the store because I thought they didn’t work
