Description
Filling up your vehicle:
Simply pull up to a mobile payment enabled store, open the BP Plus app, link your BP Plus fuel card and create your passcode. Once you're ready to purchase fuel, tap ‘Pay for Fuel’. Select your pump, fuel type and enter your passcode. You may need to enter your vehicle's odometer reading along with any prompts that are listed on your fuel card.
When the app indicates you are ready to start fueling up, all you need to do is step out of your vehicle and lift the hose. (For safety you must leave the phone in the car)
Once your tank is full, put the hose down and drive away - it’s that simple. The transaction will be automatically added to your BP Plus fuel card.

Use the in-app ‘Store Finder’ to help locate mobile payment enabled stores. Over 700 available nationwide, including truck stops, truck-friendly sites and our extended merchant network.
Our fuel card app has plenty of benefits, both for drivers and fleet management:
- Fill up and get back on the road faster by avoiding the queues.
- No need to remember the odometer reading, just enter the odometer direct from the dashboard.
- Send your transaction receipts to anyone, any time. Perfect for fleet management, giving you the opportunity to consolidate all your fuel and vehicle expenses.
- Easily locate the nearest BP store with the inbuilt ‘Store Finder’.

Overall app is amazing....because of this app, I prefer to come to BP and not caltex which is also an option for me... like the idea of filling the fuel and get back to road ASAP.., very reliable so far never disappointed...Parallel login on 2 iPhones still doesn’t work

Not reliable
The app itself is good and the concept is great. However it takes a long time to connect to the server and unlock the pump. And there have been times it says it has unlocked the pump
And it’s working but a staff member has had to come out and say it didn’t work. Today it took them about 15 minutes to sort it out so I could pay. BP Ballarat North staff on Creswick Rd were great though. Customer service is not so common these days but the staff at this store were fantastic. Apologised for the inconvenience even though it was a system issue and not their fault. Hopefully
The reliability of the system improves so that it doesn’t inconvenience staff or customers in the future.

Rider Pains, less sane in the brain.
App does not allow to pay-at-pump 80% (1 in 5 chance of being able to use the app) of the time, prompting “Pump activation error” constantly. Staff instore are always unable to assist and as a motorcycle rider who downloaded this app and has been using BP BECAUSE the app would enable me to spend less time taking off and putting on gear, I’m pretty disappointed most of the time and have actually just ridden to the next petrol station instead of using a botched service. Real shame because it’s actually very useful IF it works.
