Ratings and Reviews
Reliable and great value
App is free, has all you need and is great to use. No subscriptions that lock you out of simple features, literally greets you with a “start” button and off you go. I have some nitpicks but it made me happy to find an app like this so five stars Some comments: - When configuring the time for a breathing pattern, it doesn’t show the full two digits (e.g. Instead of ‘10’ minutes it shows ‘1 ..’) - Would like a “streak” feature as an option, personally I’d like to see how long I consistently use an app - Additionally, some progress tracking would be nice too, which shows graphs and other relevant measurements to show how often I use the app
Simple and useful
A nice UI and no fuss timer without annoying ads or signups.
Good for beginners
Ease of use (9/10):
It’s fairly easy to use. The design is simple.
UI (9/10):
A simple design with beautiful flow. Easy to navigate and use.
Features (3/10):
It has templates, but they’re not customisable and you cannot add more. You can opt for guided breathing (audio) or just follow the screen prompts on silent. You can also set a timer for duration instead of sets of breathing.
Sounds/Vibrations (5/10):
The guided breathing isn’t as peaceful as one would expect, but it isn’t unpleasant either. It sounds like low quality audio was used, making it sound a bit crispy on the ears.
Overall (6.5/10):
Being simplistic allows it to be very easy to use and navigate. The design and feel are very beautiful. It doesn’t have a lot of customisability, but it does come loaded with 5 pre-set breathing patterns. The audio is very useful and easy to follow, but sounds a bit rustic.
