Not working can’t get support....

iPhone running 14.2 ..... app opens and closes been waiting for an update none have come. Tried the app support but takes you to a chinese website I can’t read or workout how to email.

Please fix. The app opens and closes. It stays running in the background but if you try to select it the screen just flicks off again.

Cheap but ....

The hardware is cheap but has a lot of issues...I had to send back 5 switches for repair as they were glitches, with 2 more showing problems. On top of that the support is not up to scratch.. I had issues with the transfer of the “Homes” from ihc to the BroadLink app and the naming of the 3rd party yongee 3 way switches but after 2 weeks with 2 reminders I only get the standard automated reply.... I’m now looking to change to HoneKit compatible switches...very disappointed!

Great when it works

Fantastic when it’s working- but 95% of the time I get an error message saying ‘Network Overtime’ and it does nothing.
