Restart of iPhone required
After viewing a PDF posted by my mother’s aged care facility, my iPhone 12 Max froze. This forced me to initiate a forced restart. Prior to this, there were no issues to the app.
Essential - but not polished
Update: thanks for listening 👏
This gives me so much confidence when I have to be overseas away from my Mum. I am very grateful for this window into the Care Home. A great limitation is the lack of photo zooming - I have to often take a device screenshot to zoom in. Also, a simple PDF report of all photos/comments (with date limits) would be an important way to share to other family members who do not have the App.

Thanks for your review and valuable feedback. CareApp version 3.2.3 now includes the ability to pinch to zoom in on photos in the full screen gallery, making it easy to see details on a small screen. Feel free to contact us at hello@careapp.com.au for support.
Problems
I always have a problem logging into this app. Even when I get a new password, it won’t let me log in. Then when I finally have a successful log in, the pictures is a blur!!!
Very frustrating. All the pics of my Mother are blurred to the point of being nothing!!
