Welcome to the official Queensland Government Verifier for Digital Licence app!
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT the Queensland Government Digital Licence app. You WILL NOT be able to use this app to store your Department of Transport and Main Roads credentials. Visit our website to download the Digital Licence app: www.qld.gov.au/digitallicence.
With the app, you can scan the QR codes presented by the Queensland Digital Licence app. The information which the customer has chosen to share with you will then appear in the Verifier app.
You do not need to provide any of your information or log in to the app to use the Verifier app.
The Verifier app will not store the information that is presented. If you need to keep a record of a customer's information, you should ask them to share it with you as a PDF copy from their Digital Licence app.
The app has been developed to meet the highest international standards, and undergoes regular security testing, ensuring it meets industry best practice.

Absolute garbage and waste of time
I wasted my Saturday night trying to do this rubbish. My birth certificate is legitimate but it has 9 numbers and a / after the birth year. Apparently you need 10 numbers and no other characters so there is no way around it, how is that possible when there are NOT 10 numbers?! Their chat is useless, don’t waste your time with any of it.
Thanks Anna - failed again
All I get is a QR scanner and no option to set up the process. Its useless. It might be a ‘companion’ app as the developer parrots but there must be an initial process (& the online instructions imply that this is the case but the App fails to allow this to occur). It should be removed until fixed (expected year, 2085).
Waste of time
Can’t get past entering my marriage certificate details as they will not verify, had no issues supplying it to them when I changed my name 15 years ago. Phoned and emailed support, they can not assist, Told to order and pay for new marriage certificate where I have to supply my licence, full circle and just ridiculous!
