An unresolved issue
Convenient yes, inconvenient? Also yes an issue I’ve actually noted to the staff at Centrelink more than 12 times I’ve had to come in yet it still hasn’t been fixed since the issue started 5 months ago. I’m able to report for my defacto partner but I can’t report for myself so I have to go in and use up transport money but now a new issue has come up and now it won’t actually let me report for myself at all could this possibly be fixed? Eventually? Probably not but oh well it’s not like I need to eat, pay rent etc, no no I don’t need those at all to help keep me sustained for future employment or to afford good clothing for interviews.
god i hate centrelink
this app is almost as bad as the company it represents. after weeks and weeks and weeks of struggling with these absolute degenerates i have finally been informed that i have to start a new claim because of something that went wrong with this broken leg of an app. now i am not only a completely broke student, im a completely broke student who no longer is hopefully waiting for her $2000 back pay. thank you centrelink for showing me that it really is possible for an eighteen year old who is trying to get ahead in the world despite the efforts of her deadbeat parents (who, despite not paying a cent towards me for the past four years of my life, i am apparently still dependent on), that it really is possible to work 42 hours a week, attend uni full time and MAYBE even pass and afford your rent - just so long as you sacrifice your mental and physical health and wellbeing, your dignity, your sleep, your social life and just about everything else that makes life worth living. one day someone will literally shoot themselves in a centrelink, and i can tell you right now i look forward to the f ing crisis payment ill get out of seeing that. i hate you centrelink.
What could be worse?
So I just downloaded the Centrelink app to upload documents Centrelink required and if I don’t upload them they will cancel my age pension! I thought this app might be better than waiting an average time of one hour ten minutes on the phone line, when I can even get through and not get the line engaged beeps I have had for the last ten days when I tried to ring them. App downloaded, all set up, came back later to uploaded documents and even though the app says hallo to my name IT WONT LET ME LOG IN!!!!!! What the hell is wrong with Centrelink? Useless does not even begin to describe them. After two days I STILL CANT LOG IN!! Don’t bother with this app it is as bad as everything else to do with Centrelink. In disgust I took my docs down to my local Centrelink office and asked them to process the docs, only to be told that they could not do it and I had to upload them myself online! I tried to explain that I couldn’t do this as I can’t log in to the app and they fobbed me off with ‘Just keep trying!’ Looks like I’m going to not get my pension anymore. Negative ten is what I rate this app and Centrelink!!!!
