Needs to support Wallet
I got the app mainly because I wanted the digital Medicare card. This app would be more useful if it supported Wallet, that way I can access all my cards in one place rather than having to dive into multiple apps. If banks, cinemas, and airlines can do it, I see no reason why it can’t be done here.
Please fix!! Same issue as Error1234 !!!
Just as Error1234 said on 12thNov, you can’t seem to get past the initial card details part without it showing “an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.” My card details are also correct.
I’ve used this app for years to lodge claims and never had a problem. Last week this error started showing. I came back to it today and still appears! How are we supposed to use any function of the app if we can’t even get past the initial stage??
Please fix this problem as this problem has not gone away since trying for a week!!
This app allows me to avoid attending a service centre to lodge claims, which is appreciated and very convenient. The latest version (4.0.1) doesn’t seem to allow me to open and view documents once attached though, which I found useful on older versions so that I could check they were readable before submitting. It’d be appreciated if that functionality could be restored. Thanks :)
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
