this app is honestly horrible for logging in trips. 1) I’ve tried to edit previous odometer readings as I forgot to add an extra digit and every time it says it updated and was sent to my supervisor it never actually changed the reading and remained the same. This is very frustrating because I need to submit this without any mistakes/errors. 2) I tried writing out all the right readings on my physical logbook so I can delete the ones on the app and then redo them correctly but the app doesn’t have last year (2021) as an option. This is also very frustrating because I have hours I need to log on from last year. Overall I am unsatisfied with this app.

This app is so handy because most days when people get their license they would obviously have a phone, with the app you don’t need a paper copy. The logbook as it can be downloaded through the app. You can also access your records n different devices all you have to do is log in with the same email and password you used originally. The app is one. The best decisions made yet. The best part is that you don’t have to calculate the amount of hours you have driven because the app keeps track of how many hours and how many minutes of driving lessons that you have done

Hello, I understand the full concept of the app and how it should run in the background while switched off. However, I’ve come into issues with the app completely resetting while i’m logging a trip. I have come into this issue time after time and I know well that the time logged compared to the actual time I am supposed to have logged are not the same. The app will continue to close while off and away despite the fact that nothing else is running. Fix this issue, perhaps saving the time to cloud before the app resets?

Alright the app has a good hub and is easy to use but there is one problem. When you change from one supervisor’s car to the other you would also need to alter to odometer right(as they are highly unlikely the same). However, in the app it will permanently sense the higher odometer’s value and thus when you change to a different supervisor who has drove less of a distance it is impossible to commence the trip. Therefore, you will need to take a reasonable guess on how long you travelled. Unless you are that guy who has extraordinary memory.
