If you want access to your scheme IDs you’re better off with still images. Every action on the app takes a long time to process. Every time you return to the home screen it says it’s logging in again. Can’t scan barcodes or find a refund point without logging in, yet they make the login process so slow on top of the fact other people might want to do that without an account.

Poorly thought out, poorly implemented. Graphics are needlessly flashy for such limited functionality.

Just use the website instead.

Last time I was forced to update the app I was also logged out. After that I could simply not log in anymore. Besides covering the submit button when you have the keyboard up and having to try to just get that back to click, it doesn’t actually work. As in, it simply fails silently, no error, nothing.

This isn’t a complex scenario, how does this even get tested? My login is fine as confirmed via website, but even if not, I’d expect a response to that effect. Like…anything!

I eventually had to take a screenshot from the website. This is probably the reason why you’re not getting more bug reports…people just don’t bother with it. I thought the bug is so obvious it’d be fixed in an update, but nothing.

Also agree with other comments…the idea that I have to give you my bank account details to return recycling (no I won’t add another trip with a voucher) is ludicrous if you pay into my PayPal. And the poor execution of this app really doesn’t inspire confidence that my details are secure on your IT infrastructure.

Seriously, in Germany I’ve been returning recycling simply at the point of sale for the last 40 years, no extra trip, cash back, done. The runaround people are given here to do this simple task is ridiculous.

I'm happy to report we've removed the requirement to provide your bank details when signing up with PayPal.

Why do you need my back account details? I want my payment preference to be PayPal. So I logged into PayPal from the account setup screen and it has added a link to CfC but your account setup page won’t let me change my preference to PayPal. Fix the set up screen so that the radio buttons actually work ie bank account OR PayPal, I want to use PayPal only.

No one gets my bank account details. You don’t need them. Just put the money into PayPal for me. You need to fix the app properly. I’ve read the reviews before mine and it sounded like you’d fixed all the problems. You need to employ a company that knows how to program and TEST an app before releasing it to the public. If you can’t get that right how can I trust you with my bank account details? When it’s fixed let me know and I can create my account.

Hey there, thanks for the feedback. I've got some good news - you can now select PayPal as your preferred payment method without having to provide your bank details.

Totally understand feedback on the app. We do go through a digital agency and the required testing before each release so it's disappointing to hear you're having issues. We since released a new version to fix these sorts of bugs. It would be great if you could update your app and let us know if this helps. I'd really love to get to the bottom of this.
