Great app.
Just needs tweaking a bit. A lot of shifts need the facility name attached to it. Saying “Aged Care Bendigo or Ballarat” isn’t enough info. Would also be nice if only shifts you were available for were shown. Would save a lot of scrolling. Plus when shifts are accepted & page refreshes, your place gets lost. Otherwise, a very easy app to navigate where you can do almost anything☺️👍🏻
Amazing app with a bit of more modifications needed.
It’s super easy app with access to nearly everything.
But there should be some modifications done with the notifications reminder and refreshing of the shifts.
1. I tend to loose shifts when I refresh and then they come back again after some more refreshes.
2. I get the notification sometimes not every time.
And when i get one, I click on notification where it says press ok for shift details and nothing happens after that.
I can’t see the shift anymore. (Within a second of receiving the shift notification)
Needs some improvement
Unfortunately only receiving notifications half the time.
When I try to accept a shift on the app (within seconds of being notified) it doesn’t let me and says access denied. Then I log into my computer to accept, if it lets me on the computer I then get a phone call saying someone else beat me to the shift.
The availability and other features are really good however!
