Useful app

Useful app; only complaint is that there is no way to change email address via the app. That process needs work. But for all other information it’s well laid out and it’s difficult to beat the service of Cathay.

Worst airline ever!! Not recommend at all!

Literally the worst airline ever!!! The staff were like “hate this job”, when you are having issues with self bag check-in, they play a game called “no eye contact - no help to offer”, you have to call them few times, and they only answer you from miles away with a quick easy answer, which doesn’t solve the issue at all! It seems this company only hire people who dislike customer service, and those employees at airport are ridiculous, if they don’t like the job, why don’t they just quit, try hard to be capable to live a different lifestyle, rather than wasting others’ time at airport when busy with travelling and provide unpleasant consumption experience to their customers. Not to mention the discrimination from nowhere when they are only doing some basic jobs and cannot do it well.

Great until it loses the booking …

Doesn’t retain bookings added without logging in (yes CX, not all customers are members and making it hard for them won’t get them to sign up). Functionality might be great but what’s the point if you have to add the booking every time you want to to do something, only to find it’s gone next time you open the app?
Update: trying to check in… only to be taken to a blank page that never loads. When trying to leave warning appears that all data will be lost. So bad that it’s funny.
