Tired of checking what your neighbours are doing to know which bin to put out? We've got you covered!
-Add your City of Gold Coast residential* property address to see your bin collection schedule.
* Note that schedules for commercial waste and non-council collection services are not available.
Find a beach to meet your needs. Check out our beach live streaming cameras and surf report before you go.
Set a beach favourite and add the beaches widget to your home screen so that your favourite beach is only one tap away.
Check the Lifeguard tower(s) status at your preferred beach to make sure it's safe to swim.
Check daily weather for the Gold Coast to plan your activities.
Find your a place to exercise your dog off leash. Search dog exercise areas by facilities that meet the needs of you and your pet.
Find your nearest waste and recycling centre and filter results based on the waste types you have to dispose.
Use the Recyclepedia for disposal guidance for common waste items.
Report issues like graffiti, potholes, abandoned vehicles, illegal parking and now shopping trolleys.
-Drop a pin anywhere to locate a problem, even in the middle of a park
-Add a photo to automatically identify the problem location (ensure photo permissions enabled)
-Add your details in case we need to contact you or remain anonymous if you prefer.
-Your details are saved in the app, ready for next time.
-Click to call when there is a serious problem
-Click to call or visit the right website when the issue is managed outside of Council.
Problem reports received from the app are monitored during business hours.

Yay! the bug has been fixed thank you
Thankfully, the bug has been fixed at the end. You were never able to receive your reference number as the word “excellent” went across the screen. It has now been fixed. Thank you very much.
The app is very user-friendly with prompts that are easy to follow.

Get the day correct, please!
We moved from our previous address over 12 months ago, changed address to new address but still get reminders for bins to be put out for the old address. But today I got another reminder to put my bins out tonight , just two days after my bins were collected.
Just as well I have my wits about me and not easily confused!

Hi there
Thanks for your feedback. Not sure if this is relevant for you, but the notification works by what is called a local notification, which is a bit different to a push notification. You may be having an issue if you put your phone on silent as it will suppress the notification from triggering.
If your phone was not on silent, could you please ensure your old address is removed as well as removing your new address and then re-add the new bin address in your app and set up the notification again.
