Description

Clock helps you manage your time on iOS, iPadOS and macOS. Check the current time anywhere with World Clock, make sure you wake up on time with Alarms, or keep track of passing time with Stopwatch and Timers.

World Clock
Check the current time in cities around the world. Or quickly see the time difference compared to your local time to make coordinating across time zones easy.

Alarms
Set regular alarms for any time of day. Choose to set them to repeat on specific days, give them a label and select the sound that plays with each. When your alarm goes off, you can choose to play from a selection of sounds, or pick a song from your Apple Music library.

You can also adjust your wake up alarm and sleep schedule from Health right in the Clock app so you can wind down with a Sleep Focus and make sure you always wake up on time.

Stopwatch
Measure the duration of an event. You can see how much time has lapsed with either a digital or analog stopwatch face, and you can quickly record laps or splits throughout the time.

Timers
Count down seconds, minutes or hours. Or count down using multiple timers, and add labels and distinct sounds to each. You can also choose to set a timer that stops any music playing in the background—perfect for getting to sleep with your favorite playlist.

For a WorldClock app, it’s good

I’ve never complained before about this app or any other app. I like to request that cities can be chosen to be seen on widget. at moment city called Cupertino is within the app and shows that place only. I don’t need to know the time of Cupertino. Now that I am on iOS 16, I am putting a WorldClock widget on my lock screen to set the time for a city called New York but i cant. all the widget app will do is put the timer Cupertino in that widget app. So I tried to contact the developer to ask and it’s all about Apple . There’s no direct connection with an email to ask developers these requests. My question to them is How do I get around this if it is an option at all, I imagine and would like to think there would be an option because why would people, millions of them download an app that will only show widget of Cupertino.
Apart from that the app does suit my wants for world clock on my phone with alarms reminders stopwatch and times of different places. It just needs the widget adjusted please

Alarm issues

I have alarms set for every 10 minutes for an hour to get myself up, lately I have only had the first alarm go off and then the rest seem to appear on screen but make no sound or vibration. I’ve been waking up late to my alarm going off on screen but not a single noise is coming out. It has only started doing this in the last couple weeks and I’m using the same alarm set up as I always have, nothing has been changed. Sound it up, all setting are the same. This is a real issue as it has caused me to be late for work multiple times now. I am going to download an alarm app from the App Store for the time being but this is an issue that needs to be resolved asap. I have looked into the issue and there are many complaints on forums and discussion pages regarding the same problem that only seems to get a copy and paste response from apple saying to check the same things like check volume etc. have never had issues with the alarm before and I’ve used apple for many years, but the last few weeks this has been happening and it needs to be fixed.

Really needs custom scheduling for alarms

When choosing the day of the week for the alarm, there really needs to be an option under this to choose custom scheduling for when the alarm occurs - same as the custom scheduling options in the Calendar app which handles this perfectly.

Why not just use Calendar events? There’s a massive difference in how iOS/watchOS handles a Notification vs an Alarm, notifications just don’t cut it. Try using any of the alarm clock apps that have to use notifications, they just don’t have access to the APIs that this Clock app does, especially in regards to vibration and volume on watchOS.
